Spartacus Restaurant in Durham: caters weddings
Here is the catering menu of Spartacus restaurant. My family loves Greek food and has patronized this restaurant for years.
Of their buffet items, I’m particularly fond of the Greek salad, the “Angel Hair Mediterranean,” the gyros with tsadziki (don’t miss the tsadziki), and the chicken. On the other hand, sadly, on our last two visits the spanakopita, which used to be wonderful, was sort of soggy and the pita was not completely fresh.
In general – you should be aware that caterers often resort to freezing – and sometimes re-freezing – their foods. Some foods can tolerate that and others can’t. There is a local kosher caterer who serves pita I would throw out if it were in my refrigerator, blegh! Perhaps you can specify something about this in your contract.
